Program of the hikes to Kongou falls in Gabon
Kongou Falls are located on the Ivindo River, downstream from Makokou town, your embarkation point. You will access it by motorized canoe piloted by expert canoeists. The day is devoted to the visit of the falls, to the discovery of the canyon which is carried out aboard two small rowing canoes for walks. You will discover, forest islets, very diverse forest landscapes along the river, you will observe many species of birds such as parrots from Gabon, the African parasol and perhaps a forest elephant. ! In the evening, return to the camp and a relaxing evening in the forest. You will be supervised by experienced guides native to the region who are also in charge of preparing the cuisine for you during your stay in the forest.
Day 3
Return to the town of Makokou and Booué or the bay of Langoué

Return by pirogue to Makokou and departure by 4x4 to Booué to drop you off at the station or for those who wish to make the excursion to the bay of Langoué, on the way back, the driver will drop you off at Dilo camp where you will be picked up in charge by the team to go first by quad to the parking lot then on foot (one hour's walk) to the baï camp where you will be staying for the night.
